17th, forgotten.

In times of troubles,
I needed a leaning shoulder and a pair of listening ears,
told to have you around, i could rely on you, and you weren't there.

Ever come across this part -
Your friends tell you
*that you can count on them in times of needs and troubles,
*they'll be there no matter what it takes,
*picking up your call even at the middle of the night and be right here for you.
You believed. You tried, then realise, these were just bull-shits.

Your friend
says you're his/her best friend but he/she disappears the moment he/she is attached.
says you're to share the fruit of joy together but he/she goes out partying with his/her other friends.
says you can look up for him/her but he/she has a pack of excuses to give when you do that.
calls you once in a blue moon to humor you but it comes with a motive.

Do you feel disappointed? I do.

I don't like to be forgotten. I don't like to be a substitution.
Nobody likes that. Don't take anyone for granted.

Cherish what you have before you lose it.
Goodnight readers.

{FYI, I'm not refering to any particular person.
